Nadine Schofield - Managing Director

Nadine has been championing digital Project Management for 20 years, working with large agencies such as DDB, DLKW, and agency.com and today more closely with clients like PwC, Saatchi, and Virgin Media, as well as agencies like Pragmatic, Else London, Leo Learning, MBA London, and Kineo.
With Prince 2 and Agile methodologies under her belt, she is a goal-focused pro-active leader with effective business planning skills. She loves working under pressure, and is open, honest and transparent as she gets the job done.
Nadine challenges the perception that companies always need a full-time PM in the office, instead providing a solution to fit each client's individual needs.

Dylan Jukes - Strategy & Planning Director

With 20 years’ experience, agency and client side, Dylan began in the financial sector, with HSBC and Merrill Lynch, before moving into advertising and digital.

Having managed a large number of complex and sensitive projects with a variety of blue-chip clients like Barclays, Bupa, Esso, PepsiCo, Virgin Media and VW Dylan is flexible and solution based. He has delivered large websites, campaign micro-sites, global online banner projects, digital outdoor, events, and e-CRM programs.

He is experienced in sourcing and managing differing size teams, both on site, near shore and off shore. Dylan has worked in Head of Delivery and Head of Project Management roles agency side, and understands how to define and refine process, build teams, and build business for his clients.

Sarah Nagy - Senior Project Manager

A real all round talent, Sarah’s experience in Project Management and Change Management is complimented by the time spent working in Learning design within e-learning, and furthermore her Master’s degree in User Experience based on her Psychology background.

Sarah is experienced in waterfall and agile Project Management methodologies and has worked with a range of client including Barclaycard, Burberry, Lloyds banking Group, and VISA; and with running combined budgets exceeding £500,000 concurrently.


Sarah’s work in Event management, and charity work during her own time, only add more aspects to this excellent Project Manager’s skillset.
